October is National Fair Trade Month. Our Fair Trade Day event allows us an opportunity to introduce you to our artisan friends locally who are making an impact globally.

You will have an opportunity to shop our Fair Trade marketplace of local vendors, and learn more about the impact of shopping fair trade.

Through your purchases, you will allow us to reorder and bring in more products to support women in Central America and Rwanda.

About Designed For Joy

Designed For Joy is a nonprofit providing women in crisis with stability through immediate employment and support, removing the stigma of vulnerability. To date we have hired over 100 with $450,000 in living wages earned.

We were inspired by the artisan groups we served globally through missions and launched our living wage work model here in Raleigh in 2017.
